Returns are only accepted after the order has been delivered and received.

Refunds or replacements will be issued only under the following conditions:

• The item arrives with broken parts
• The item is defective or malfunctioning
• The order is not delivered within 30 days of shipment

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include photo or video proof.

Orders that show confirmed delivery by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for stolen packages or delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

All other sales are final and non-refundable.
